I rarely make cards in a different shape but I really love the scallop circle die shape and how easy it is to make a card with a different shape (this is another non-winner that I had made for the artisan award contest)! Basically, I scored and folded a piece of card stock in half, laid it on the die with some of the scallops not cutting the fold to allow the card to remain one piece. I cut an extra single scallop circle to glue over top so that the fold wouldn't show. Also, I trimmed the bottom scallop in the back of the card so that it would stand straight and not roll ... :) In other stamping details, the top flower is heat embossed with clear embossing powder and cut out and the others were stamped and then dry embossed.

Gorgeous! I love making circle cards too and was puzzled about how your card was held together when I couldn't see a fold. After I read the post I thought - brilliant! Definitely going to try your technique next time!
