I made this little basket and flowers a looooooooooooong time ago and figured I'd better share it! I had started out by making the flowers and then I had to figure out something to put them in. The roses were created using the ornament punch (punch out a bunch and then roll them around each other). Lots of work to create each flower so I didn't want them to be just sitting around! The basket was a simple little pattern -- I started out with a 6 x 6 square of paper, scored it into a 3x3 grid (scoring every two inches horizontally and vertically). Then, the two outside middle squares were trimmed into a triangle. The two squares on either side were then trimmed into three strips, sorta like this:
Then, you fold and glue :) The three strips get glued to the triangle in a shape you like, allowing the square on the opposite sides to curve into the basket. I dunno if this makes sense but perhaps I'll make a video on it later if you want :) The rest is simple decorating!I hope you like this project :)

I love your little basket it's adorable. I've saved the directions to try at a later time. Thanks so much. The roses are very pretty as well, but I'm sure a lot of work.
