Paper: Marina Mist, Sahara Sand, First Edition DSP, Very Vanilla
Ink: Regal Rose, Sahara Sand
Accessories: Linen Thread, Designer Buttons
For some reason, these colours threw me ... they are gorgeous colours though! I like what I ended up with, though, don't you? It's pretty simple, actually. I stamped the laf image on the patterned paper using Sahara Sand ink and then the flower was stamped separately on Vanilla card stock and cut out. On a more personal note, a few have asked how my mum is doing. So far, so good. She's completed her chemo and radiation treatments as well as one other intense radiation treatment (brachytherapy?). She's in extreme discomfort due to the breakdown of her skin in very sensitive areas. But, an MRI showed a 50% reduction in the tumors before she'd even completed all of her treatment. We praying that she will continue to heal both from the cancer and the effects of treatment. Thanks for all your prayers and thoughts!
Hope you like what I've shared with you today! Have a great day :)

Beautiful card Renee! I am loving the First edition DSP with a pop of colour.
Thank you for the up date on your mom, so happy to hear that the MRI is showing good news.
Wow! This is really beautiful! I love the look of stamping on the designer paper. I just need to do it more often! I will be praying for your mom. Thanks for sharing!
Clean and simple elegance! Love that pop of Regal Rose on the flower and the shadow stamping on the newsprint DSP is fantastic! My thoughts are with you and your mom. :-)
So love the softness of the stamping on the DSP. It blends in well and also stands out well. Prayers for your mum!
Your card is beautiful, as always. Hoping & praying that your mom's cancer disappears all the way. Praise the Lord for the healing he's given her so far!
