A few weeks ago we had gone to my husband's parents place for the weekend. They were celebrating their 45th wedding anniversary! We haven't had everyone in one place for quite some time so it was really nice to get back together again. We all live quite scattered across the country!
My mother-in-law had hired a photographer for the day and he took pics of each individual family as well as group shots. I managed to take a couple of the whole day as well and even though we'll be getting copies of the photographer's pics, I still wanted to scrap the ones I took while the memories are fresh. I'll probably add a second page to this event for our scrapbook!
The layout for this page comes from Soul Scrappers (sketch #14) and I had flipped the sketch so that the flowers could be seen (I could've figured out how to flip the paper but I didn't think of that until now, hee hee!). The scallop border is a series of circle punches lined up side by side ...
Anywho, hope you like the page! I was wondering, would video step-by-step of MDS pages help anyone? I don't know how to do that from the computer but I can learn easily enough! If you have any suggestions, just let me know!!
