I'm so not in love with this card ... I dunno why, though. I had originally started with the latest inspiration challenge from Keesh. I had punched out the bird and then with the punched out piece, I sponged a little Going Grey ink to add a little shadow behind the bird. Anywho, please let me know if you like it better than I do, LOL!

I think that the colours you chose work wonderfully together. The bird is cute. I have seen elsewhere that someone punched out the bird wing twice. Once in a dark colour and the other the same colour as the bird and layered them over each other. So that can make the bird look different as well.
