Keesh found a really cool pic for this week's Inspiration Challenge. I'm in Christmas mode right now as I need too many Christmas cards for personal use, for some orders as well as the craft fair! Busy, busy, I know ... that's life, eh?! Sooooooooo, out of the inspiration photo, I pulled out the colours - Red, White, and Chocolate. I also used Julie's "Sketch Flip". hence the two cards! Of course, the Holiday Lineup image is not really suited to a tall rectangle so I stamped a crowd of reindeer. The centre reindeers were first watercoloured, then I added the glitter to the nose and then I embossed the entire circle with Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder. My main feature of the card is it's what I term -->"mailability" --> it has to be thinner than 5mm without any bumps or else we Canadians have to add more postage making one Christmas card $1.18 to mail... that gets expensive quickly when you mail at least 40 cards.

Please check out the Inkspirations Challenges and my fellow DT members creations :) I'm sure they'll wow your socks off!! You are more than welcome to participate and link your creation up on Keesh's blog!

Thanks for looking at my blog today!

Wow those Reindeers look so cute. They are both stunning cards (love the lines of reindeers).

Very cool spotlighting cards! I like how you stamped the row of reindeers repeatedly when you flipped your sketch. (And that's another great idea, doing the same sketch in both directions!)

Two more down... :) I have to get cracking on my Christmas cards as well!

Have a great weekend!
